Harper was a mere 5 weeks old the last time I photographed her, and I was so excited to see her again now that she is one. She was full of personality and independence the morning of her session, which always leads to fun images that truly capture this age.

I first photographed this gorgeous baby girl 8 months ago when she was just 6 days old. She came back in recently for a session to capture her baby-ness before she starts walking and becomes a toddler who won’t stay still for the camera.

Wow – it’s been a while since I’ve updated the blog! It probably seems like I’ve been on vacation, but in fact it’s quite the opposite. Aside from staying busy with sessions & the day-to-day work that goes along with running a business, the inquiries for fall sessions have been pouring in faster than I can keep up with. In fact, my fall schedule is nearly full for baby/child/family sessions, and I only have a few newborn openings left for 2011. Keep in mind that until you’ve completed the session agreement and paid the session fee your session is not officially booked, and your spot may be reserved by someone else. As much as I wish I could photograph everyone who contacts me, it’s just not possible, so don’t delay in finalizing those sessions for fall!

Now that we’ve gotten that out of the way, meet handsome Leo. He was in the studio recently for 6-month portraits. Isn’t he adorable?!?!
